Improving Self Confidence: A Road to Inner Peace

improving self confidenceInterested in improving self confidence and self esteem within yourself? Then you?ve come to the right place. Improving self confidence & self esteem is a step toward inner peace.

Ever since I was a little girl, I?ve been gifted with the Divine Wisdom necessary to recognize low confidence and self esteem in others and have also been given the ability to hold up the mirror so that you can see it, too.

As a soul coach, I devote my life to bettering yours. Together, we can discover new and personalized ways to improve your abilities in the areas of increasing self esteem and building self confidence.

Learning how to build self esteem and how to build self confidence is of vast importance.

The journey of your life, towards its Higher Purpose, is mapped out along a path specific to you. Your path may cross with another?s?in fact, you can bet that this will happen numerous times along your journey?but no one?s is exactly the same. There are unique obstacles that will pop up as you progress from Birth to Beyond, just as there are unique oases that will offer you rest and recuperation. The road is a difficult one to walk and you need all the tools you can lay your hands on in order to see it to the end.

Two of the biggest and most important tools are Trust and Respect. When you learn how to gain confidence and self esteem, you are improving your abilities to discover and utilize Trust and Respect.

So developing self confidence and esteem becomes an invaluable step along the road to Inner Peace.

The Definition of Respect | What is Self Esteem?

Self esteem is, quite simply, self respect. To esteem something is to hold it up highly, to regard it with value, to fully respect it. Only when you respect yourself will you be able to gain the Divine Knowledge and Wisdom that is encoded in your very being.

Self confidence and self esteem are concepts that we?ve been aware of since we were very little. We understand that without them, we are lost, cut adrift in an ocean of misery and loneliness.

But most of us were never made to understand what they really are. Self esteem is respect and self confidence is trust. You have to come to terms with the fact that your life has meaning and the inherent purpose and wisdom within you are worthy of your time and attention. Respecting your wisdom is a major key to living your life to its Highest Good; as is trusting it enough to follow through with what you know is right.

How to Build Confidence and Self Esteem

Through a variety of self esteem activities, the taking of a self esteem test, and the integration of positive self esteem affirmations into your life, you can begin to cultivate and maintain a healthy sense of Respect and Trust.

I have a great many different tools at our disposal that will allow us to navigate the choppy waters of low self esteem and find the light that will engulf and empower you beyond your wildest dreams.

Among the many activities and exercises I use are:

  • Self Esteem Tests ? These Yes-Or-No exams help us determine where you currently reside on the self esteem and self confidence scale.
  • List of Appreciations ? This is a list of things in your life that you appreciate, love, are thankful for, are proud of, and consider successes.
  • Use of Affirmations ? By using these personalized declarations of positivity, you will create a New Paradigm in your world that supports your emotional and spiritual growth.

Of course, there are many more tools that I use, but these three stand out as among the most important.

Recognizing Low Self Esteem Signs

I won?t lie to you: overcoming low self esteem is a difficult task that takes plenty of hard work and a good deal of determination and grit. But in doing so, you will open a door to a brand new world?one that will offer you the chance to live in love, joy, hope, and purpose.

Recognizing low self esteem in yourself and others is the first step in overcoming these particular obstacles. The signs can come in many forms, both physical and emotional, but if you allow yourself to become fully aware, it will be nearly impossible for you to miss them.

Some of the low self esteem signs include:

  • Over- and under-achieving
  • Crossing arms or legs in a defensive position
  • Taking blame unnecessarily
  • Eating way more or less than usual
  • Reacting with intense or non-existent emotion

Once you?re able to recognize the signs, then you can begin to recreate your world in an image that better suits your Highest Good.
